We currently have a Tsugami BN20 CNC Swiss with a 3/4 inch spindle to produce your quality machined parts.  This machine is equipped with a sliding headstock and live tooling.  It also uses a sub spindle which can produce your parts in one operation, rather than having secondary operations.  This machine is designed for tight tolerances and fine finishes due to the rotary guide bushing that supports the work piece as it is being machined.  We also have two Tsugami BE20V's as  new additions to our equipment.  These machines have  magazine barfeeders to handle high volume jobs with quick turn around and consistent accuracy.

We also have a tool room style lathe and a Bridgeport mill to do fixturing and prototype work for your facility.  If you need specialized projects built for your facility we can help you get the job done.
